Our family had dreamed for over 18 years of having this resort. We care deeply about our Canine and Feline family members. We designed and constructed this facility with their safety and comfort in mind.

Cox Security System:

We have a new Cox Security System that also includes video surveillance that is saved up in a cloud.

Size:

Our resort is limited to 18 runs.  We are dedicated to giving personal care to our clients.

Open Year Round:

Our facility is Air Conditioned for the hot summer months.  Ceiling fans for spring and fall.

Our heat system is "Radiant Floor Heat" your pet will LOVE this:

The pets are closest to the heat source, thus providing cozy comfort and relaxation with out air born dust or mold  from hot air or domestic heat systems.

Day Care:

No minimum # of days.  YOU pick the day or days, you wish to have as Day Care.  Day Care offered Monday - Friday

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to scheduled visit will not incure any charges. If the reservation is not canceled within 48 hours the card we have onfile at the time of booking will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled stay.

Discounts:

We offer a 10% discount to our clients with multiple pets that room together.

Airport:

Our facility is located minutes away from Bradley International Airport.

Emergency Exits:

We have two emergency exits that will light the way in the event there is a loss of power until the generator activates, providing, heat, lights, hot and cold running water to the facility.  In the event the facilities land line phone of 860-844-8700 is also lost during a power outage a track phone will be turned on for emergency calls, 860-324-7545. This phone will only be turned on if the land line is lost. Please do not use this Track Phone Number for normal boarding reservations.

Smoke Detectors:
Smoke detectors are located in all rooms monitored 24/7 via Cox Security. Entire system updated 01/01/2016
